1. Find your model number
Look on the box, the receipt, the installation sheet or your order history. Kingston numbers start with letters like KS, KB, CC, FS or LS followed by four digits and style letters (for example KS8048ML). Any finish works for finding the diagram.
2. Open the parts diagram
Enter the number in our Kingston Brass parts finder. You will see Kingston’s exploded diagram for that faucet family, with each part numbered. Tap a number to send it to our counter with your model filled in.
3. Handles are ready to order
Replacement handles follow the faucet’s model number, so the finder lists the hot and cold handles for your faucet in every finish we carry, with add to cart.
4. Cartridges and other internal parts
Kingston’s own cartridge listings say to check the model for compatibility, because the same-looking cartridge can differ by series. Send us the model number and the diagram number and we will confirm the part with Kingston before you order.
Counter tip: Pull the old cartridge and note its length and the number of splines on the stem. That settles most questions in one message.
