What is Builders Fixtures?
A quick explainer, since the name shows up next to PoshHaus a lot on this site.
What is Builders Fixtures?
Builders Fixtures is the builder-grade catalog of PoshHaus, a Keene, NH kitchen and bath fixture company. Same warehouse, same counter staff, same catalog price, just built around the parts a GC, plumber, or remodeler actually orders on repeat, not showroom pieces.
How is this different from PoshHaus?
PoshHaus is the full showroom: design-forward kitchen, bath, lighting, and cabinetry. Builders Fixtures is the working end of the same business: faucets, valves, toilets, drain equipment, and flooring priced and stocked for job schedules rather than showroom browsing.
Do I need a trade account to buy?
No. Homeowners can order at the same catalog price as trade accounts, no minimum order. A trade account adds job-level tools (submittal packages, phased stock holds, and a named rep), but it is not required to check out.
Where does stock actually come from?
Some items ship same day from our Keene warehouse; those are marked "In stock" on the product page. Others ship direct from the vendor with a real lead-time estimate; those are marked "In stock online" or show a Ship to Store / Delivery estimate. We don't blur the two.
Can I pick up in person?
Yes. In-stock items are available for same-day will-call at 104 Emerald St, Keene, NH during counter hours (current hours are on the Contact page).
What if I need a whole job priced, not one part?
Send us the fixture schedule and we price the whole job by hand, not off a tier chart. See the quote request page for details.
