What is Builders Fixtures?
Builders Fixtures is the builder-grade catalog of PoshHaus, a Keene, NH kitchen and bath fixture company. Same warehouse, same counter staff, same catalog price — just built around the parts a GC, plumber, or remodeler actually orders on repeat, not showroom pieces.
How is this different from PoshHaus?
PoshHaus is the full showroom — design-forward kitchen, bath, lighting, and cabinetry. Builders Fixtures is the working end of the same business: faucets, valves, toilets, drain equipment, and flooring priced and stocked for job schedules rather than showroom browsing.
Do I need a trade account to buy?
No. Homeowners can order at the same catalog price as trade accounts, no minimum order. A trade account adds job-level tools — submittal packages, phased stock holds, and a named rep — but it is not required to check out.
Where does stock actually come from?
Some items ship same day from our Keene warehouse — those are marked "In stock" on the product page. Others ship direct from the vendor with a real lead-time estimate — those are marked "In stock online" or show a Ship to Store / Delivery estimate. We don't blur the two.
Can I pick up in person?
Yes — in-stock items are available for same-day will-call at 104 Emerald St, Keene, NH, Mon–Sat 10a–6p, Sun 11a–3p.
