Tops are made of high-quality Type 304 stainless steel that is nearly impossible to corrode and withstands harsh environments better than all other types of stainless steel. 1-1/2" thick, 45 tapered Stallion front edge has no sharp corners and is extremely sanitarywont trap dirt or food particles.
